Foundation Training (FT) is a clinically tested and approved technique to help reduce and even eliminate chronic pain.
FT uses specialized movements to address and correct muscle imbalances and movement patterns. These corrective exercises designed for all ages and body types can help improve joint stability and mobility. Through consistent practice, Foundation Training strengthens the mind-body connection, leading to improved coordination, optimized movement patterns, and greater physical resilience. You will be empowered with a home routine to maintain alignment and build strength between visits. As alignment and awareness grows, pain subsides and lasting strength emerges.
