Your care at Bend Wellness Center is unlike a standard chiropractic clinic. Session are longer (typically up to 30 minutes, with options of up to an hour). In addition to spinal adjustments, we look at your whole body mechanics. The Drs. Lane have spent over two decades in practice, and bring a wealth of knowledge from the esoteric quantum field to the emotional to the physical. We meet you where you’re at and help support you in the journey to greater wellbeing.

NETWORK SPINAL

Network Spinal Chiropractic is a low-force form of chiropractic care (“no cracking”) designed to enhance your body’s natural healing abilities. These sessions retrain your spine and entire nervous system to release lifelong patterns of “fight or flight”—pain, tension, protection, and trauma.

CHIROPRACTIC

Integrative Chiropractic is a comprehensive therapeutic modality personalized for each patient who walks in the door. Sessions may include Chiropractic Adjustments for the spine and extremities, Hendrickson Method orthopedic massage, Applied Kinesiology, Craniosacral, Zone Therapy, and/or Foundation Training.

ORTHOPEDIC MASSAGE

HENDRICKSON METHOD

The Hendrickson Method is an advanced system of orthopedic manual therapy that uses a combination of three techniques—Wave Mobilization®, Joint Mobilization, and Muscle Energy Technique (MET)—to treat acute and chronic pain by addressing soft tissues, joints, and the nervous system. The method focuses on improving function rather than just providing temporary symptom relief, and it aims to reduce pain, restore mobility, and promote relaxation.

FOUNDATION TRAINING

Foundation Training (FT) is a clinically tested and approved technique to help reduce and even eliminate chronic pain. FT uses specialized movements to address and correct muscle imbalances and movement patterns. These corrective exercises designed for all ages and body types can help improve joint stability and mobility. Through consistent practice, Foundation Training strengthens the mind-body connection, leading to improved coordination, optimized movement patterns, and greater physical resilience. You will be empowered with a home routine to maintain alignment and build strength between visits. As alignment and awareness grows, pain subsides and lasting strength emerges.

We accept cash, checks, all major credit and debit cards, Flex spending and HSA debit cards. We do not handle insurance billing or submission. However, you may request a superbill receipt from us, which you can then submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Your first visit is where you go over your specific wellness goals and create a plan to support your full health and vitality. You’ll receive your first adjustment and have space to ask questions. Plan for up to an hour.
